MSHCA Coaches Clinics

2011 Coaches Clinic is at the New England Sports Center in Marlborough, MA.  The Clinic starts at 11am and ends at 2pm.  The clinic is intended to be an opportunity to hear from other coaches to pick up ideas and perhaps share some of your own.  We will also lay out our plans for promoting high school hockey in conjunction with the MIAA, share our MIAA initiatives, discuss our state tournaments, and discuss girls hockey and its role in the MSHCA.

The slated list of speakers will include Peter Belisle from UMass-Boston, Blaise McDonald from UMass Amherst, our own John Maguire from Waltham HS, and a few other helpful presentations.  

Following the Clinic coaches will get a chance to see the best high school hockey players in New England competing against one another at our 2nd annual Northeast High School Hockey Showcase which begins at 2:30pm.  

We hope coaches will attend and bring their entire coaching staff for what should be a great day for high school hockey.
